Built on Dr. Kayla’s lifelong foundation in athletics, including years as both a dancer and competitive lacrosse player, this brings a unique, firsthand understanding of the physical demands, injuries, and performance needs of active individuals. Dr. Kayla’s athletic background fuels her passion for evidence-based, movement-focused care, allowing her to connect deeply with patients and deliver targeted, high-level treatment that supports strength, resilience, and long-term performance. As a performance-driven chiropractor specializing in advanced sports therapies and precision dry needling to reduce pain, restore motion, and optimize athletic performance - Dr Kayla is helping active individuals get back in the game stronger than ever.
Dr. Kayla studied Biology at East Carolina University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic - Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in both traditional chiropractic techniques and modern rehabilitative therapies. Dr. Kayla is also board certified for Chiropractic Physical Therapy.
Her special interests include sports rehabilitation, family wellness, prenatal and pediatric care, making her uniquely equipped to care for patients of all ages and lifestyles. She is certified in the Webster Technique, Dry Needling Therapy, as well as Basic Activator Protocol.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kayla enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dog and cat, baking, and being creative in her free time.
